'Shake Up Your Wake Up!' is this year's challenge.  We are all being encouraged to make small changes to our daily routine to encourage us to take the time to have a healthy breakfast.

As many as 1 in 6 adults never eat breakfast

Several studies have shown that eating breakfast can have a positive impact on your concentration levels.

Research suggests that breakfast eaters are less depressed and have lower levels of stress than breakfast skippers.
