Your
NUS Extra card will take 7 working days to arrive once you have placed your order.
Your card will be
delivered to the SA Office at St. Brycedale Campus. NUS will email you when your card has been dispatched
but this IS NOT confirmation that your card has been received. We shall email you when we
receive your card so you can arrange an appropriate time to collect it. If you are not based at St Brycedale Campus
we can arrange to send your card in internal mail to your Curriculum Head so they can pass it on to you or arrange to meet
you at your campus to give you your card in person.
If your card has not been received by us after 7
working days, please contact NUS using the following link 'Still Need Help'. Please note the 'Still Need Help' facility takes a maximum of 1700 characters
(new paragraphs count as 2 characters).
Some points to consider:
* A working day is Monday
to Friday and does not include weekends or bank holidays
* The 7 working days begin with the next full working day after
you have placed your order
* The 7 working days include dispatch time and allow for any normal delays this may cause.
However, NUS cannot account for postal strikes, delays in the post system and delays
caused by internal post systems within individual unions.
