Bullying is intimidation on a regular and persistent basis.
It is a misuse of power, position or knowledge to criticise and/or humiliate someone.
Bullying makes the victim
angry, vulnerable, hurt and powerless. It also undermines their ability, effectiveness and integrity.
The College
should be a safe place to work and study. Bullying and harassment must not happen to anyone. We all have to make
sure that everyone is valued and respected.
If you are experiencing any bullying or harassment we are here
to help. You should report it to your Curriculum Head first.
You can also make an appointment with the Guidance
Team at all campuses at a time that suits you.
